I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely remodeled and spotlessly clean, but the mattresses could use an update. The service was outstanding with staff going above and beyond to accommodate reasonable requests. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything Helen, GA had to offer. However, the dining options were limited to local fish, and the facilities were just average.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nicely remodeled but could use new mattresses. They were very well maintained and clean overall, although the tub had a stain. The service was beyond friendly and willing to accommodate reasonable requests. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the downtown area and right next to the river. The dining experience included delicious crêpes. Overall, a good value for the price.
